Project Description
Wellington Crescent is by far the tallest build we have done. This project started off with the brick install only, but later we were called back to add Insulated Metal Panels, also known as IMPs to the sides of the buildings. The building design was another Otto Cheng Architect and WRE Developments project. The SMC crews loved the seamless install of brick on each of the balconies and along the entire main floor.
